Wednesday 11. march
A very productive day where we worked on our dream target group, brainstormed on ways of how to investigate our target group's need and talked about which roles we needed for the meeting with Sohu. We also decided on who to be the harvester. The selection process of choosing a harvester was based on personal motivation and relevance in connection to learning goals. A good solution was found where Louise was appointed harvester and Kim was promised to facilitate at least one harvest-session, as he wanted some facilitation experience.
We talked about our dream team scenario. How do we wish to structure ourselves and which roles are needed? We grouped up and interviewed each other on success stories from previous team and project work. Our best experiences and methods/tools for how to work in projects were shared in the team and based on that we started talking about how we could build our team structure based on that. The talk reached a halt and Eleonor had us all move out on the roof terrace. Lukas turned it in to a physical game and the energy went up. We suddenly used a ball as a talking stick and threw it to each other, sharing what we wanted to include in our team structure. Eleonor had a need for knowing which mandate she has so the dialog circled around that until we felt we had reached consensus. The agreement is that Eleonor has the mandate to take the mandate she see fit. However, if someone is facilitating a process, it is the facilitator who has the mandate.
It was a good and meaningful session, where we also were honest and confronted each other.
We also saw a need for having someone being in charge of documenting our project. Kasper
was chosen as doc. responsible. Eleonor facilitated the whole day.
