It began with a group

Monday 9. march

Project:
First project day. We tried to understand the assignment. We talked
about who should have the manager role. Eleonor and Lukas were
interested. Eleonor took leadership in getting the team to brainstorm
and write down our ideas and questions.
We set up a meeting with Marina the same day to get
a clearer understanding of the assignment. Marina came to homebase
for a two hour meeting where we had prepared an agenda of what
we wished to have clarified. She went through the background of
the project, introduced Sohu and tried to tell us what process and
project is... without success.


Process:
The mood was low throughout the day even though we were sitting on the terrace and enjoying the first day of sun at the outpost. Due to uncertainties of what the project was about we had a hard time to get motivated. At the meeting with Marina, many of us became bored and also confused about what Sohu's role really was. Marina mentioned that we shouldn't think of Sohu as a client, but a partner. Uncertainties regarding Marinas role arose. What did she think her role was? The day ended in a low mode.
